Welcome to AUBDATA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AUBDATA regarding your use of the platform.
By accessing our platform or utilizing our WhatsApp CRM integration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
02. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance
AUBDATA provides an interface for the WhatsApp Business API. Your use is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Solution Terms.
Anti-Spam Policy: We maintain zero tolerance for spam. All messaging must comply with WhatsApp’s high-quality standards.
Mandatory Opt-In: You must obtain verifiable proof of explicit opt-in from clients before sending any messages.
03. Data Protection (KVKK & CNDP)
As a company headquartered in Morocco, AUBDATA complies with Law No. 09-08 (CNDP) and natively supports KVKK in Turkey.
You remain the sole owner of your client data. AUBDATA acts as a Data Processor, implementing industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
